How to get rid of the feeling of being fat

As many as half of the men and women who attend a gym are overweight, and some are obese.

A recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that obesity is the third leading cause of preventable death worldwide. 

We all know the statistics.

The US spends $5 trillion on healthcare and the annual cost to the economy is $300 billion. 

More than a quarter of Americans are obese and many more are obese children, according to the CDC.

I think of the last time I felt fat and tired, the first time I had a panic attack, the time I fell into a dark tunnel and was scared for my life and then it was over and I was back to my normal weight, said my mother.

When I was growing up, my mum would often tell me stories of the times I was fat, and I would tell her, “Mom, don’t be afraid, it’s normal.”

When the kids started to come to school in my second year, my mother would tell me, “You need to get used to being fat and to being a fat kid.” 

 So I learned how to deal with being fat.

I got used to it.

I had to deal. 

And now I can’t get used back to being thin. 

I used to feel like I was the most beautiful, intelligent, talented, smart girl, said one of my best friends.

I was very happy, I used to tell her and she was like, “Oh my God, I’m so happy!”

And I was like that for a long time. 

But now I’m very scared.

I don’t know how to do it any more.

People ask me what I eat, I tell them my favourite foods, and they look at me like I’m crazy. 

I don.

My mom always said, “If you look at yourself in the mirror every day, it is your reflection.” 

I am going to be a person who is going to look back and see if I did this or that, said another of my friends. 

This is going really well, I don’ think it will be the end. 

My friends said that the best thing about my mother is that she has always taught me to always love myself and to love others. 

The other thing is that I’ve learned to take care of myself, she said.

She has taught me about how to make sure I eat well, so that I can eat, she told me. 

So that’s what I’m going to do, she continued. 

Now, I just have to make a plan.

I’m not really doing much else, she explained. 

It’s not going to happen overnight, she added. 

There are other things to do. 

She encouraged me to think of my future. 

As a person, I will always have a smile on my face and a laugh on my mouth. 

When I look at myself in the reflection, I think I have the best life I have ever had.
