Gay and gay clothing: Is it worth it?
US fashion retailer, Gay &Gay, is now accepting LGBT Pride themed apparel.
Gay & ;Gay founder, and Gay <Gay founder and CEO, Mike Tippett, spoke at a press event in NYC on Tuesday.
He spoke about the challenges of bringing new gay and gay-oriented brands to market, including the lack of visibility for LGBT people and the way the media treats gay and lesbian people.
“It’s difficult to bring these brands to the mainstream,” Tippetts said.
For Gay &&Les, this has been particularly challenging, he said.
“We are in the middle of a gay and straight wars right now and we don’t have visibility.
We have a lot of very talented people that are not in the business but we’re still seeing an increase in visibility,” Tips said.
In addition to the gay pride apparel, Gay& ;Les also launched an online store called Gay >Gay that sells a range of merchandise including handbags, jackets, accessories, and more.
It will launch in September.
Tippetts, who previously co-founded an online retailer called Kixi, said that while he is gay, his sexuality is not his primary concern.
“[My business] is not really about what I look like,” he said in the interview.
His company’s goal is to create an inclusive environment where people feel comfortable in saying, ‘Hey, I’m queer’ and being proud of who they are.
“It is very important to us to make our community feel comfortable,” Tiptetts added.
In the past, Gay and Gay-themed clothing has generally been marketed by brands like Zara, Urban Outfitters, and Ralph Lauren, which are all brands that Tippets has been in the industry with for years.
However, with the rise of online retailers, many gay-owned brands are seeing more success in the marketplace.
According to a 2014 survey conducted by GLAAD, online retailers in the US are more than double the size of traditional retailers.
While Gay &g>Les has had success with its Gay &ag;Les clothing line, the company has had some difficulty in gaining visibility in the gay community.
Its apparel line has been around since 2010, and Tippitt has also been the face of the company in the LGBT community.
In May, Gay, &.;Gay launched a new line of men’s and women’s apparel featuring the names and images of the LGBT Pride flag, which were created by a group of designers.
The company also launched a line of T-shirts for men and women to promote the Pride Parade.
Some of the designers are artists and performers, including singer-songwriter Jay Z, who tweeted a photo of himself wearing a shirt that featured a gay pride flag.
When asked about his personal struggles with LGBT visibility, Tipperts said, “It’s a challenge to make sure you’re making a difference.
I think you’re trying to make a difference when you make a decision.”
Les also has been able to attract attention from some celebrities and actors who have been gay, as well as celebrities who have recently come out as gay.
Actor and gay icon, Russell Crowe tweeted a picture of himself with a shirt from Gay &G>.
Les, and actor, actor, and comedian, Seth Rogen tweeted a shirt with a picture that featured him wearing a rainbow flag.
